How much does it cost to work with Schoonnect?

The intro call is free. A Readiness Check starts at €2,900 (fixed scope). Ongoing engagements start at €1,900/month for Sparring and €3,900/month for Build (fractional AI lead). All prices in EUR, invoiced from Germany, no day-rate lottery.
How fast can we see results?

The free intro call happens within one business week. A Readiness Check delivers a working quick-win within 4–6 weeks. Monthly retainers ship measurable increments every 30 days — no half-year waterfalls.
Do you work in English or only German?

Both, plus Italian. The team is based in Berlin and delivers internationally in English. German clients also get BAFA funding eligibility checks.
Will my data stay in the EU?

Yes. Default hosting is Germany/EU only. Where a non-EU model is genuinely required, we put it behind an EU-hosted gateway with logging, redaction, and contractual safeguards aligned with GDPR Chapter V.
Do you replace our IT team or staff?

No. We work alongside your existing team — fractional AI lead, sparring partner, or delivery capacity. The goal is to build internal capability, not lock-in.
